Nutrition is a vitally important and a necessary part
of our every day life.
But just because we all eat every day
doesn’t mean we understand what to
eat or when to eat.
In fact, nutrition is often one of the
most misunderstood and overlooked aspects of
total fitness.
Our nutritional counseling
program will take you through the right plan
of action to help you understand nutrition
basics like carbohydrates, protein, &
fats. We’ll help to dispel the media myths of fad diets.
You’ll learn the importance of water
& fiber in your diet as well as nutrient
values (vitamins) in the foods you eat.
By journaling your food intake, you will be held accountable for your food
choices, both to yourself and to your
counselor.
Your nutritional choices will be made
easier with weekly mentoring from your
counselor via journal entry feedback and
nutrition lessons sent directly to your email.
With nutritional counseling, you
will be guided and encouraged to make better
choices in your daily eating habits so you can
make a healthy heart, strong bones, and a trim
waistline a permanent part of your life, for
life.
