Fitness Training For Life’s Boot Camp is a fun and competitive environment where you will learn to push yourself to higher levels of physical and mental toughness.  Each training day is comprised of speed & agility drills, partner exercises, team development drills, obstacle courses, team competitions, and rigorous total body conditioning including aerobic, strength, core, & flexibility training.

This low-cost alternative to private training is better than any aerobics class at the gym because at Fitness Training For Life’s Boot Camp we measure and reward progress with Body Fat testing, Attendance awards, and Fitness Achievement awards, just to name a few.  These hard-hitting workouts are not for the faint at heart where you can hide in the back unnoticed, but don’t fret because you’ll find plenty of encouragement from your drill coach and teammates.  Never demeaning or frightening, the Fitness Training for Life Boot Camp uses positive reinforcement & team accountability to push you beyond the limits you could ever exert on your own.   

How Are We Different Than The Other Boot Camps?

Fitness Training For Life has become well respected throughout the fitness community of Las Vegas.  Our fitness boot camp instructors are the most qualified, highly educated, certified fitness boot camp instructors in the area with several years of combined health and fitness education & experience.

Fitness Training For Life does not believe in " Military Style Training".  Another way to put it is we don't believe that you need to lift 50 lb. PVC Pipes full of cement over your head or roll tractor tires to get in shape.  First of all, these types of exercises are not functional and will injure you.  Fitness boot camps are not about military exercises designed for 18 year olds. Fitness Training For Life's Fitness Boot Camps are about appropriate, challenging, fun and safe exercises that will sculpt your body the right way as quickly as possible.

Fitness Training for Life’s Fitness Boot Camps are the FIRST CERTIFIED Boot Camps started in Las Vegas. Our FITNESS BOOT CAMPS are taught by Fitness Professionals certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which utilizes the Optimal Performance Training ModelThis performance model is only taught be NASM.  Our Fitness Professionals are also certified in Nutrition with the National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). What to bring

  • Bottled water

  • Towel

  • Exercise mat (optional but recommended)

  • Hand weights (5-8 lbs for women, 10-12 lbs for men)

  • Appropriate footwear (runners are best)

  • Dress for weather conditions (layer)

  • Sunscreen in the summer

Tuition Cost

The total cost for Boot Camp Tuition is $299.00

We also offer a 10% discount for registering and paying for 3 months of Boot Camp tuition in advance.  Receive a 15% discount off of your total Boot Camp tuition when you register and pay for 6 months in advance.
